Going to a cut-rate incorporation service is a false economy.  They do not do all the work that should be done.  They cannot do so for the low fees they charge.

When I incorporate a company for you the work is properly done.  This is what I do:

Obtain your instructions

Give basic preliminary advice as to the desirability and details of incorporation

Conduct name search required by regulation

Prepare and arrange for execution and filing of articles of incorporation

Procure share certificates, minute book and corporate seal

Prepare organizational minutes or resolutions of the director(s) and shareholder(s) of the corporation

Prepare necessary by-laws

Prepare documents required to open bank account

Prepare share certificate(s)

Complete security registers and registers of director(s), officer(s) and transfers

Prepare and file the Initial Notice of Director(s) and Notice of Change

Report to you
