Consultations in my office are preferable; however, because of time constraints and geographic distance, you will sometimes find a telephone consultation more convenient.

If you wish a telephone consultation, please contact me to make appropriate arrangements.  I require consultation fees in advance by money order or certified cheque payable to Gary Lloyd Gottlieb, Q.C., in trust, and sent to my office by courier, preferably Purolator or FedEx.  Sometimes I ask that you also send me, together with your money order or certified cheque or separately by e-mail, a typed summary of your problem and copies of any documents involved.

I cannot conduct a consultation, read any material or advise you before my consultation fees have been received.
