All lawyers are not the same.
I do not believe that law should be practised in an assembly-line fashion.
I give your matter my personal attention. I do not delegate it to a junior lawyer, secretary or law clerk.
I take the time to discuss your matter with you fully and to do your work carefully and conscientiously.
The quality of the legal services you receive is directly related to the care and attention given to your file. A lawyer may be professionally obligated to do your work properly, but you should be confident that the lawyer you choose will do your work well.
A lawyer cannot do everything. If your matter does not fall within my area of expertise, I will do my best to refer you to a colleague who is skilled in handling your type of case.
Price should not be your prime consideration in choosing a lawyer. Quality legal service rendered at a fair fee is what you should be looking for.
There is no substitute for being thorough. There is no substitute for quality control.
